Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the start of the course. We strongly recommend enabling reminder notifications to ensure you don't forget your reservations.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, after this time, no refunds will be given , in order to free up space for another person and to respect the work of our instructors.

 

• If canceled 24 hours before the class, your pass will be returned to your account.

• After this time, no refunds will be issued, and the class will be forfeited.

• In the event of cancellation on our part (e.g., due to force majeure), you will be notified promptly and a refund or rescheduling will be offered.
